Winter Wedding Escort Cards

At just about any wedding there is an importance of some form of escort card system to greatly help direct guests to their dinner tables. The conventional white tent cards will surely get the work done, but they're not particularly creative. These are some very nice ideas for escort cards for winter weddings that will be sure to create a fantastic first impression on your guests. Escorts in Karachi

Snowflakes are one of the finest winter motifs. They can be the cornerstone for your crystal bridal jewelry, an accent on your wedding invitations, and in addition they make terrific escort cards. Buy wooden snowflakes which are painted white (or plain ones and paint them yourself); they are plentiful at craft shops. Write the name and table number for every guest on one of many snowflakes with a metallic paint marker. The last step is to hold them on a tiny tree at the entrance to your reception location. If you should be having a holiday wedding, the snowflakes would be wonderful on a tiny Christmas tree. For a Winter Wonderland themed affair, develop a tree from branches which are decorated with strands of clear glass beads, crystal teardrops, and other glittery accents.

Votive candles can be used to produce unique and inviting escort cards for a winter wedding. Choose pretty glass votive holders and either write directly on them with a paint marker or tie a cute little tag to each one with the name and table information for every guest. A tiny tea light inside could make the candle display safer, as it can keep the flames well contained within the holder. Ask someone to be in charge of lighting them at the past minute right ahead of the guests enter. The candles can be arranged in an extended row or in many rows with lots of space around them to make them possible for the guests to get without touching the other candles. Discuss a great entrance!

If you like the notion of the traditional tent style escort cards, they could still be dressed up with a wintry twist. Tie a tiny tartan bow to the most effective of every card for a little holiday cheer. It's super easy to do yourself with basic tent cards; simply punch two holes in the front of the card near the most effective edge, and put a quick bit of ribbon through the front of the holes, cross it in the trunk, then bring the tails back out of the hole to produce a little bow. For a New Year's wedding with plenty of sparkling crystal jewelry and a gold embroidered bridal gown, substitute a shimmering silver ribbon for the tartan.

A really fun idea is to greet your guests with escort cards created from a popular winter season treat, such as gingerbread men. Line the small guys up and tie a tiny banner across the neck of every one with the guest's name and table. For even more enjoyable, decorate the gingerbread men to appear like brides and grooms. Your guests will undoubtedly be certain to take pleasure from this tasty twist on the traditional escort card!

There are many additional winter motifs which lend themselves to wedding escort cards. A die cut pair of mittens, one labeled with the name and the other with the table, can be tied together with an item of red yarn and laid flat or pinned to a clothesline. Berries, birds, and snowmen are other fun motifs to experiment with. You can find so many creative ideas for winter wedding escort cards that it would almost be considered a shame to stick to the plain white ones!
